I know a few, me included, have saw a few spoilers under Show Spoilers or just Discussion posts on this sub from time to time. The comic readers own the sub, and rightly so, since this was the initial reason for it’s creation.

However, I’ve made a new subreddit free from all comic spoilers for those of us who’d like to discuss the best show out now. Come join us over at r/Invincible_TV and let the theories and discussions begin!

Hope this takes off (if nothing else do we can lose the stupid spoiler rule)

I joined to help numbers too, but I’ll stay and be silent. I like seeing show only theories!

I’ll try to be silent, I might not check which sub I’m in occasionally and say something I shouldn’t

Hence why it’s a wise choice to continue to use the spoiler block rule to avoid such a situation from happening.

The main reason I want this sub to take off, is because I’m tired of people complaining about comics spoilers on the comics sub. Comics have been discussed here since before the show was even announced

I know it’s annoying when people go into show only threads, but if I’ve also seen show only fans in Comic Spoiler threads complaining about spoilers.

There should be dedicated spaces for each, like r/ASOIAF and r/gameofthrones back in the day

I was so surprised it wasn’t a thing already. Really weird to have both on one subreddit, imo

I’ve also seen show only fans in Comic Spoiler threads complaning about spoilers.

Really? As a show only fan, those people definitely asked for it. That’s something I would NEVER do. And why would they visit comic spoiler threads if they haven’t read the comics?

That’s like chopping off your own dick and being sad that you can penetrate a girl anymore.

      Like, what?!

Yeah people love mentioning spoilery stuff here in a weird “I read the comic already and you don’t know what I know” way, good decision

Just joined! I love this sub but I’m not a comic reader (yet) so I have to make sure I don’t spoil things for myself constantly. A sub just for the show is very much needed imo

Even if it doesn’t grow super quick, it’s good to have a community where we can talk about the show without worry of comic spoilers

Hope it kicks off do show-only fans can enjoy not seeing unmarked comment or post name spoilers and vice versa less trodding on eggshells for the reader fans.
