A while back, I asked what book/s were still stuck on your current reading list, and I enjoyed the comments; I even got a few books added to my TBR pile for next year (tysm!). This time, what book did you read that was such a page-turner, you didn’t even realize you were on its last chapter?

Mine was Silence of the Lambs. I read it in my early teens, and back then, I was really into suspense/crime genres. Also, I’ve seen the movie beforehand (which I love!), and noticing the difference in storytelling between the two just piqued my interest. Before I knew it, I finished the book and started on Hannibal.

Same. Read it two weeks ago in one sitting. I wasn’t planning on it I just wanted to start it in the morning but by 4pm I was like yep, there goes my Sunday.

I started Misery the night before the SATs, thinking I’d read a few chapters. I clearly remember looking at my clock and seeing it was 2 AM, and making the decision that it would be better to be tired for the test then be sitting there totally distracted wondering if Paul would survive… I Had To Know What Happened.
