It made me wonder if he’s a clone/android infused with viltrumite blood.
He’s obviously not as impervious as them, but I could see Cecil attempting to infuse him with it somehow.
Maybe under the skin he’s one of those weird robot things that William’s boyfriend got turned into? The ones that Cecil used to jump Nolan in S1E8? Maybe he has a code word or remote switch that Cecil has so Donald can go full T-800.
