    He had a beard. He was flying for weeks, maybe months.

    Yes they are immune to gravity. They create their own leverage and can push off anything as shown in season 1.

    And that still would be suicide if he allowed himself to be swallowed by the black hole.

      Why though? The same logic that allows him to be immune to the gravity outside of a blackhole would still apply. Curvature of spacetime doesn’t apply to him, he could just decide to fly out at any moment.

        You’re totally right. The show runners got it wrong. The significance and weight of the scene is now mute. Congrats.
