Nolan made a note that his Earth and Viltrumite names are pronounced differently from one another. His Earth name is pronounced Nolan like anything else, but he said his Viltrumite name is pronounced Nohl-Ahn. However, basically every other viltrumite pronounces it the same way as the Earthlings. At least in the show.
Was this another lie told by Nolan or just a small oversight?

It’s not like the show exists in the same continuity as the comics. The most likely answer is that they felt that little tidbit wasn’t important enough to include so they simply didn’t.
