Now i think they might do something a biiiit more interesting.

They’ll have it that Andressa will be the one who informs them of omniman’s capture. She’ll travel from her planet and spend the remaining bits of her life connecting to the counsel and trying to rescue noland. allowing a now very powered up Allen to help save him.

Then they’ll have a nemotional piece where Noland is brought back and we see a very elderly and near death andressa see her husband for the last time.
