think part of it is that mark has faced far more legit trepedation and experience than the older viltrumites.there is sitll plenty on earth that can give mark trouble. these peeps have never faced anything that can harm them besides each other.

omniman is a good bit stronger than most vitrumites.

He was holding backa against omniman, being all emotionalyl confused and stuff.

Battle beast on the other hand is an exceptionally powerful being that even nolan would be weary to fight, infamously strong. way to think of it is that he’s as physically tough and strong as a powerful viltrumite, but doesn’t have flight powers.

he’s in the top five. albeit there is an exceptionally big gap between second place and the top.

that moment of hesitation is what cost him but he was winning the engagement.

kinda implies how strong he is too. he was holding his own against a clearly experienced warrior there.

he was trying to both convince mark and himself that thi wa the right thing to do. hi experience on earth fighting violently with thousands of years of indonctrination, and ultimately winning.

Honestly out of all the elements of the series?

He supposedly killed off a majority of heroes and villains, including more present ones. Honestly the idea he could just build something that oculd do that is something i find stupid. He built am army of powerful drones to do it… and somehow built so many without cecil, whom he kills, knowing it. very, very inexplicably too.

Dumber still involves… bigger spoilers. Vitrumites. There was a big conflict beforehand and now their kind live on the moon, ruled by Omniman… who inexplicably desides to make a truce with the motherfucker rather than killing just hunting down robot and killing/capturing him. And somehow invincible,d espite being betrayed many times over, doesn’t just… fucking kill robot.

So yea i hope to christ they don’t put that int the show, or at least make it hat he loses… like he logically should.

be fair he might have misjudged how badly things would go without em.

A good example of Darkblood, who was only a joke role who was made into something even Omniman was warry of in the show. And considering this guy fought the guardians of the globe and also darkblood had such a bad reptuation that he could ahve gotten away with attacking and killing him… implies darkblood was somethnig that omniman was actually afraid of tackling on his own.

he basically has the same kinda regeneration as Wolverine without the adamantium skeleton that keeps him from being decaptitated.

Dude litreally everything i’ve seen and read of these mofos, aside for the prime mark, has them being simple brutes that either are supremely selfish and barely obedient or completely indoctrinated with little thought for themselves. That is not the behavior of a highly intelligent species. Especially with how old these guys can get and sitll not develop mentally. Just compare omniman to immortal. Mofo was literally a caveman and WAS the most powerful individual on earth for all this time… yet he chilled out. mofo became abraham fucking lincoln of all people.

with a lot of ‘psychic’ tropes, its those that have weak wills or more susceptile to suggestion that re the most vulnerable to influence. would say beings that could live for thousands of years and not evolve mentally in the slightest would apply to that defininition. whether jut cause of culture or them literally genociding more complex mental patterns out of their species.
