Not including short story collections, poetry collections, anthologies, etc.

For me, I believe it’s Oroonoko by Aphra Behn because it was on the syllabus for three different classes that I took in college. Other than that, the most I’ve read a single book is twice, and that was Telegraph Avenue by Michael Chabon. I’ve read Dracula 1.5 times. Didn’t finish it the second time around.

    Probably Matilda. I first read it when I was 5 and kept reading it periodically all through my childhood and adolescence.

      What did you think about the recent remake that came out this past summer? Tim mention wrote all the music for it.

        Didn’t know it existed. I’m usually less than enthusiastic about film versions of beloved childhood books, though. I don’t like it when my mental images are supplanted by the movie.
