It just seemed strange to me.

This version of Omni-Man isn’t even remotely like the one that massacred a gargantuan number of people without remorse and savagely beat his son to a bloody pulp, almost killing him.

Why is this version of Omni-Man so much more compassionate than the one at the end of S1, even crying over lesser life-forms, while he was perfectly content with massacring a bunch at the end of S1?

Why does he feel remorse for what he did on Earth when he didn’t initially?

    He was “always” compassionate since starting his life on Earth, he just didn’t realize it until it was too late.

      I disagree I feel like to have done what he did in the last ep of s1, the compassion that he started to have once he started life on earth must’ve been mostly fake
