Maybe I’ve just watched too many cartoons, but I find it a little hard to maintain my immersion (?) while watching the show when new characters are introduced and they’re very clearly voiced by Azula, The Green Lantern, Lex Luthor, and Optimus Prime.

It’s not so much Cullen or Brown, it’s that they’re clearly doing their Optimus and Luthor voices. I’ve seen Clancy in a gazillion different things, both animated and live action, and he’s 100% using his Lex voice here.
I don’t. The only voice that really sticks out to me sometimes is J.K. Simmons (recognising him as Fletcher, Tenzin, J Jonah Jameson and Ford) but I’m able to get immersed still
The characters you listed are performed by actors primarily known for voice work,. If anything, actors like Seth Rogen or Steven Yeun would take me out of it more (they don’t though, the cast is mostly excellent).
I’m only a couple of episodes in and the only voice that really came from left field after checking the credits was Walton Goggins - he uses a strong southern accent in nearly everything I’ve seen him in recently so it’s interesting to hear him speaking “normally”.
