I have not read the comics, so I would understand if this is answered later.

Why won’t Viltrum send one or two soldiers to Earth to subjugate it after finding out about Omni Man’s desertion? Why are they even bothering with getting Mark to do it when they have so many seasoned and ruthless soldiers who are more than capable of finishing the job?

I get that they can’t be everywhere at once, but can they really not send one or two over?

    I don’t read the comics but wasn’t it explained that there are very few Viltrumites after The Purge?

    Every Viltrumite gets a domain/planet set out to conquer which dwindles there numbers. Earth is just 1 planet—why waste resources by sending 2+ Viltrumites to conquer 1 planet when they assume 2 can conquer 2 planets at the same rate?

    They appear to only send reinforcements when the planet is actually capable of fighting back.
