I don’t read the comics but wasn’t it explained that there are very few Viltrumites after The Purge?

Every Viltrumite gets a domain/planet set out to conquer which dwindles there numbers. Earth is just 1 planet—why waste resources by sending 2+ Viltrumites to conquer 1 planet when they assume 2 can conquer 2 planets at the same rate?

They appear to only send reinforcements when the planet is actually capable of fighting back.

I want to see them conquer the Amazon planet from Futurama… Just so we have huge Amazonian viltramites

Does show him sitting lonesome on a planet (let’s assume it was breathable for him to refill the tank)

Even if he knew something (maybe not to the scope of world domination) there isn’t anything Cecil could do at the time. Even when Mark came around Cecil still couldn’t do much.
