She didn’t tell her dad about him this whole time. We have seen many couples where its all about the greencard. She could just not really be into him at all and just wants to get to the US.
Its not out of the relm of possability since a good chunk of people on the show are in it for the green card/fame etc and not for actual love.
Everyone can come up with excuses, but if you are into someone and do love them you can be affectionate. she just seems cold to him.
