Source; I live in their town and shop at the grocery store next to their apartments. This is the only one-bedroom apartment floor plan available there. Rent is $865/month. Note that the bedroom closet is the only closet.

      Please have mom grill in said closet. I just feel like her hoarder tendencies include using a hot plate in the closet.

        It’s a hoarders - my 600 lb life mashup. They love using those bedside hot plates with no where to turn.
