Look, having been through the comics myself, I can agree that the shows adaptation isn’t faultless, but it’s a shame seeing how so much of the discourse this week is about the complaints people have for the way things have been delivered with the show this season.
No shade, but I hope the comic folks having a bad time at the moment learn to let go and just enjoy the show for what it is. Great casting, faithful recreation of the OG story- We’re so much luckier than the vast majority of comics fans getting the adaptation we are.

I think the one thing they’re overlooking the most (though I have seen some mention it) is just because they didn’t use their favorite line or their favorite panel in the scene they were expecting doesn’t mean they’ll never be used. They can easily be repurposed later to have even more weight to them. The “did you know they were sending you to your death” line is one that comes to mind I would strongly expect to show up later.
