Look, having been through the comics myself, I can agree that the shows adaptation isn’t faultless, but it’s a shame seeing how so much of the discourse this week is about the complaints people have for the way things have been delivered with the show this season.

No shade, but I hope the comic folks having a bad time at the moment learn to let go and just enjoy the show for what it is. Great casting, faithful recreation of the OG story- We’re so much luckier than the vast majority of comics fans getting the adaptation we are.

Peace and love, bring on the downvotes I guess 😅

I think they want to have enough content to never have to do alot of filler and to adapt it at a good pace. They could still possibly do another 2-3 arcs before End of Z, they release a chapter monthly. That would take years, I mean there’s only 3 new arcs and one is still ongoing it already took like 5 years for just that.

They’d run out of content in a few months adapting the pace they did in DBS anime.

I think with the manga content there is currently we can get a good 2 years without catching up. The problem is that 2 years is just 24 chapters, and yeah, that’s the length of just one more arc at best. So it’s still less than ideal.

Wait till you see what berserk fans go through, exellent manga but no good adaptation at all, except the 1997 anime which even them stopped producing episodes since the first arc of the manga ended
