Since he is half human and in the comics he always gets his ass beat is he the weakest one of his people ?

He’s raised on earth, so he rarely pushes himself to “work out” and get stronger (until later in the story according to the comics). Him being a half-breed doesn’t technically make him weaker. He ends up becoming quite strong.
