Setting aside the fact everyone has already corrected you on the fact it’s indeed an American show, can someone please explain to me:
Why is it that Americans feel any decent show needs an “American remake”? Are you incapable of enjoying foreign-produced media without wanting to warp it and re-contextualize it for the American experience? Is there something inherently inferior to all non-American media? Sure feels like that’s the implication.
