That’s so true. Sassy is also a fantastic character.
Early on I was worried Sassy would only be this monkey wrench in Rebecca’s relationships with Keeyley and Ted. I was relieved to see she was just pleasantly crazy. Her heart was in the right place. To wit, her final words to Rupert:
“Fuck off and die, Rupert.”
And she says it all so pleasantly! With a lovely smile.
