Mark and Nolan fight three bad guys. Then there’s just a whole ship there chilling with more, including the general. If Nolan and Mark won the fight, would the ship have left? Or would they have sent more people until they found ones worthy of killing the pair?

The ship was only called after Lucan incapacitated Nolan. If that hadn’t happened, Viltrum might have sent more, but I imagine it wouldn’t have been for quite some time.
Probably they had weaker soldiers there
