I guess it took Yohan being a disgusting pig to wake her up. Two complete “strangers” getting married…her wishing he was someone else the whole time, him only seeing dollar signs. Science says it takes at least 18 months to get to know someone inside/out. She is too old to have run off with some fantasy man and expecting it to work. Glad something concrete finally happened to make it stop! I was SO sick of them!
I think the biggest shift was the relationship started transactional for both and at some point shifted on her side and then it became unsalvageable. If it had stayed transactional and probably not “marriage” she could have had a FWB situation probably for years.
