In episode 4 we see Viltrumites that are medical professionals. Just wondered what their life is like. Are the weaker members of their society?
It kinda make sense you need medical specialists to get your soldiers up and running, but still it raises some questions about how their society functioning being the killing machines that they are.

You answered your own question. Even if you take empathy and morality out of the equation, healing the sick and injured is necessary for a functioning society.

I assume all of them are doctors
