Hollyhock recently found out about Penny. She has no way of knowing if Bojack is a sexual threat to her and/or her friends.
Hollyhock straight up tells him she doesn’t want to be around him when he’s drinking. He suggests something else. She keeps trying to make it clear that she feels he invaded her life and Bojack just keeps pushing.
She had no choice but to ignore him or let him stomp all over her boundaries. He can’t take a hint or consider her perspective and that’s pretty rude.
