it will absolutely get better. the writing in season one is a bit clunky and the humor doesn’t quite land that well with the exception of the navy seal episode. the writers didn’t find their stride until season 2 and beyond. however, season 1 does provide important backstories and character building. so it is important to watch it for the later season storylines to pay off. it only gets better from this point, i promise lol.
