I get being annoyed that you phone doesn’t work but why is it the end of the world to use her iPad or whatever for a couple days? Why can’t they go down to the phone store right now and get one if it’s urgent? I don’t get why they’re both throwing temper tantrums over it.
He doesn’t get that you can’t just change the chip like in Ecuador. Also his WhatsApp would be using his number from Ecuador so getting him a new phone/number isn’t what he wants or needs. Also he doesn’t seem to understand that the phone can just be connected to wifi.
He may still be using her to get in the US but as an intensely private person myself, I see his point of view. Especially with a phone. (We know Ashley would be NSA-ing all his sh!t then making drama.) All he wanted was to go to a phone store to get an international chip but she took it upon herself to order a whole new phone. Apparently, without asking if he wanted it. It’s controlling and disrespectful.
I thought he was being very reasonable saying it was her neighborhood so she would know where the closest store was - they could have made a quick trip & problem solved. Instead she chose to make an absolute big deal out of nothing. Same with his cousin calling her phone simply because his phone is dead, what was so hard to understand about that? Then supposedly these minor things make her so upset she has to leave & go talk to her sister? Ashley is a mess.

To me it’s obvious he is romance scamming her,he has a ton of family here and she was a way to get over here to them and possibly a girlfriend.Source,her sister has come out saying pretty much just that herself.He doesn’t want to discuss anything around her because she understands what he says.Now,if she spoke zero Spanish?Then he would not give a damn
