A lot of my reading happened on breaks at work, or while waiting for appointments / meetings to start. I carry a book or eReader with me, or just open Kindle on my phone. I do read at home, but again, its usually while I wait for the laundry to finished washing/drying, the food to finish baking, etc. All those little moments when most people would scroll on their phones, I’m reading.

The Bridgerton series and other romance novels. I’d never read romance in my life; I always looked down on the genre for being “worthless fluff”. But boy oh boy, it was exactly what I needed to soften the blow of having every day IRL being a day of uncertainty and stress. Take me to the ton and let me dance away in a big puffy dress…

For me it was The Atlas Six. I could not get through it. The writing was one thing, but the constant jumping back and forth between 6 POV was too much. I made it 70% of the way through and went online to read how it ends. Was not impressed so I DNFed it.
