If you are able to picture faces in your mind then you don’t have severe prosopognosia. What you are describing is normal wandering/free association of the mind.

Not a word wasted in that book. Fitzgerald knew what he was doing with that repetition.

I found it really tedious and obtuse. I know I didn’t give it the attention it deserved but I was soured on it almost from the start. I loved his short stories but this didn’t do it for me.

“Weekend at Bernie’s” is a black comedy in which two guys carry around the recently deceased corpse of their boss in order to convince people he is still alive for…reasons. The entire subterfuge is accomplished by putting dark glasses on the corpse. It is not a serious movie.
