My brother got me a book that was basically Everyone Poops, and I was at least 20. He didn’t present it as a joke or gag gift or anything. I had absolutely no idea how to react (although my first instinct was to say “Wait, EVERYONE…? No wonder nobody is impressed when I show them.”)
