Loved these books too.

My daughter just read this for her y8 English class. She loved it but she’s dyslexic and the teacher didn’t finish reading it in class. We tried listening to it but the narrator ruined it for her so she never went back to it 😢

Enid Blyton gave me a visual imagination that I would not have experienced if it were not for her writing. During my childhood I was often alone and her writing gave my brain wings to travel in silence and daydream. I was never bored and enjoyed my own company.
