They’ll do it, but man, it’s gonna be… I’d say probably shadows and sound design. Silhouettes. I don’t think they,or Amazon Prime, have the stomach to show either of their bodies while she’s raping Mark. Then they’ll show her getting up and leaving and end the ep on Mark crying.

I kind of get not wanting to depend on your daughter’s powers, not only because of dumb pride, but fear of exploitation, scrutiny from the gov’t, but they did a good job of filtering his anxieties to make everything he says sound bad.

She was well within her rights to be frustrated at Mark for making promises and not keeping them, now they turned her into someone who confidently claims Mark won’t miss stuff cause he promised, and is ok with having dates cut short cause he has to go on duty. Maybe it’s cause she feels sorry for him after the Omni-Man problem, but as of now I would’ve rather they made them friends rather than go back to a relationship.

I get, that her powers are a shortcut that without deeper understanding of what she’s doing it can go wrong. I get careless misuse has dire consequences because of what she’s capable of. And I especially get not wanting to depend on her powers to get by, because that runs too close to exploiting her for financial gain.
But literally everything that comes out of his mouth is gets filtered through his chauvinism and inferiority complex.
From his talk with monster girl, as part of his whole new lease on life and being “human” as opposed to “robot”, she’s encouraging him to engage more directly in life and be in the shit, so he can get the experience they all get, in person. So that he gets full context and understanding of them. Is it more dangerous than remotely piloting? Yes, but his suit has protections, and they all risk their lives through direct engagement and look out for one another. So they likely don’t see it as too much of an issue.
