1 year agoThis Is How You Lose The Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone is an epistolary novel written in second person, if I recall correctly. It has truly lush vocabulary in a time spy vs. time spy enemies-to-lovers queer novella.
I just came up with a rating system through a conversation with a friend, and I find it to be a very helpful system that I plan to move forward with:
1 - had to drop 2 - would not read 3 - would read for free (I read a lot of library books, so this is a broad category) 4 - would buy 5 - would pre-order
It’s weirdly future-focused for a book review system, but I read series a lot 🤷🏻♀️
