After watching the Atom Eve special, I just wanna say this: Eve’s mother likely already knows that it’s not actually her baby. But she was going to raise her to be the best young woman she could ever be. Sometimes you just KNOW something’s up with your child, especially when you’re the birth giver of the family. This would be a neat plot point in the show; how will her father react? Would it destroy their family if he found out that his wife knew all along and didn’t bother to tell him? I can already see the conversation between Eve and her mom ending fairly well, but maybe not against her dad.
