That second part was too real. crap like that is very real. But I think the redemption arc was kind of an effort to walk it back. Raping the person she knew Mark to be (because spoilers) was a life ending thing to do, and somehow that did not happen. just from a political point of view, she had to die, and die ugly. Otherwise it would undermine their whole political system.

That scene hit so hard. Then they squandered it by just moving on. When she shows up later on Mark is just putting it behind him…smh.

He gets stronger. Way stronger. It seems like Viltrimites are like Goku, and every beat down makes them stronger. :)
