1 year agoI think I once received something from Philip Pullman, Northern Lights or The Amber Spyglass… I don’t like Philip Pullman and just couldn’t get into it at all (I was much younger than I am now).

LoTR; I made it to the part where they get to a cave in the mountains, twice, and put it down both times. I just found it so boring!
The Woman in White; after Walter Hartwright’s narrative ends. I’ve tried numerous times… this book has haunted me since I was 15 (I’m now 47!) One day I will make myself finish it… hopefully 🤣
