She was more of a glorified assistant back then. Perhaps it’s fairer to say she ‘s a bad boss. Once she was put in charge, only rubbish was made.

I’ve been annoyed with her for years. Not to the point where I wrote letters and such, but she isn’t a very good producer or studio head. She killed all the extended universe novels, and made me not care about Star Wars as much as I used to.
