Ignoring the ethics of a 150,000 year age gap. I’m most disappointed at the Immortal’s lack of leadership.
It’s supposed to be his M.O., so he should understand how unacceptable and counterproductive it is to sleep with a subordinate shortly after assuming leadership over the group. It feels like kind of a character betrayal for what I’ve been lead to believe about him.
I don’t blame him for wanting to get laid as a response to dying twice by Omniman. But he’s the Immortal. In the Invincible Universe, I’m pretty confident he could arrange to have sex with 8-10 willing women at once.
I can agree with Cecil, but I think Justine can do better.
