Kim said Jenny was a fake. IMO, Kim is jealous of Jenny who lives in India and has her own house away from the family. This was what Kim wanted.

Probably the reason she stays upstairs is because she goes down stairs, they would expect her to clean. They are complaining to TJ that she stays up there all day. They are missing their maid.
