I think it’s more about being on tv then anything else. I’d say 90% hours f the actors on the show care more about c list celebrity status then the manufactured relationships.

That’s probably why she was so steadfast to make sure that her children would never feel abandoned by a parent or she could bail on them to try and achieve c list celebrity status

I don’t know I think it’s all bs for storyline. Dancers from there were even calling them out saying it’s all phony and they use it for fodder to get another season in. I don’t think it’s that serious at all. I would even bet half of the alcohol he was drinking on the last resort was phony too. The show has gone so far down the fabricated stories I just can’t believe most of it anymore

Their setting up a storyline hoping to get on the next last resort season. Throwing out drama hoping to drum up some interest and get on another season

I’m sure it’s like most tv actors where people expect them to be in character all the time. I remember being a kid and meeting hulk hogan when he was just out and about and not in character and I was so disappointed he was just a normal guy lol.

A good friend of my fiancé and her boyfriend both worked on the show and they said from the couples they worked with everything is kind of really heavily manipulated and set up to where real in the moment stuff doesn’t really happen very often. Everyone is working with storylines and things are rehearsed and it’s kind of a rigid filming environment since most of the characters don’t have much real acting chops. They described it as a kind of fresh into the business low end gig that opens doors to getting jobs at news outlets or higher end shows like a dateline or the first 48 or a real network reality show.

I think they’re just really bad actors working with a really lazy script. Tlc writers are so lazy they almost recycle the storylines and the order of who’s gonna be the bad guy this week. I’m sure they’re working on a shoestring budget but damn can there be a tiny bit of creativity that isn’t lame ass fake sexual exploitation and emasculation

Not too good of an actress. Half of the time you can tell she’s reading cue cards in her confessionals. But she does get the best one liners wrote for her. You can definitely tell when the production staff is having an influence and pushing up the theatrics and drama

True but at the same time completely selling out went a little too far. When the fake fights and bad acting were subtle because they didn’t put too much on them as far as dramatic acting. I think they’re stuck at a crossroads where they have to either dial back the drama or start hiring real actors who have the chops to pull off what they want from a scene but that’ll blow the budget. It’s gotten so bad you can tell when people are reading cue cards.

I’m more concerned that when she went in the rant about Gino asking her not bring cocoa(which I don’t believe one second) she broke down into tears and was “inconsolable” and when her son basically said he didn’t care she was leaving she smiled and moved on. If I was her son and saw that eventually which he probably will I’d be more then insulted

I don’t think people understand how much that has an effect. Anyone living in a sexually free society doesn’t understand how much a taste of sexuality can make someone do irrational selfish things. Much like the Pringle’s slogan once you pop you can’t stop

It’s not the sex stuff itself that’s so bad. The show has become so overproduced and ever since the gave Pedro and chantel a show everyone is just trying to be so over the top to get a spin-off it’s lame. My fiancé and I always loved the show and the spin-offs but it’s devolved onto a lame ass mess. The over acting the fake fights the ridiculous storylines it’s become professional wrestling almost. The Gino and jasmine stuff has completely jumped the shark and gotten obnoxious bringing back tires ass characters like Angela all the time. You can even tell on pillow talk they’re trying their best to pretend to be interested

Because he doesn’t care obviously. If she wants it better she can do something. I think he’s done enough to appease her and make her life better. He could probably afford a cleaning company to come in if he didn’t have to float her luxurious lifestyle. The least she could do is clean the house.
