My answer too. I bought it for my son when he was younger for him to read and I teared up just thinking about him getting the feels as he read it too. Unfortunately, I don’t think he enjoyed it as much as I did.

My aunt gave me a copy of Catcher in the Rye for Christmas one year. I must have been 11 or 12? I fucking hated that book, but I felt obligated to read it since it was a gift.
