Gathering Blue was definitely mine. Admittedly I was gifted it much too young and loads probably flew right over my head but the experience of reading it in itself was something!

The Time travelers wife in French. First read in my teens. I re read it in English years later and hated every bit…
As I wrote in the post mentioned by the OP : Jack Kerouac’s On The Road. I’m still undecided wether the book annoyed me more because I was so bored or because I hated the MC so much… I read it 10 years ago.
Jack Keraouc’s One The Road. And whoever’s Into The Wild. Arrogant pricks of MC in both instances. Had my eyes rolled so far back for the entire book I feared I’d never be able to read again.
Gaiman - because he is my all time favourite and I will continue re reading The Ocean at The End of the Lake once a year till I die.
Adrien Tomas - French fantasy with fabulous characters
Tara French - I just love her Dublin based mystery series
Oh my god thank you ! And believe me I’ve tried her writing multiple times !
I dont see any one referring to either Pullman or Gaiman, what is this ! His Dark Material series just never let me. And possibly made me the anticlerical woman I am today ! As for Gaiman I discovered him much later in life but whenever I read his books I feel like a little girl again. Reading late but pretending to sleep whenever mam would check on me.
