I still don’t trust omni man at all. I think that omniman completely used his bug wife and son and did not care at all if they lived or died. he only needed them to exist to manipulate mark into staying on the planet until the viltrumites came for him. he wanted mark to see him captured, it’s his last hope at surviving.

I also have a really wild theory that Omni Man is half human and doesn’t know it which is why he struggles with emotions that the rest of them don’t and can’t explain why. Would also explain why he felt any desire at all to start a relationship with a human when that was never part of his orders (especially since he looks down on them for being so weak). Call me crazy but omniman is definitely suspiciously different from the rest of his race 🤨🤨🤨
