I’ve seen people say it’s the best fantasy they’ve read and I’m like…. Oh so you don’t actually read fantasy?
If a book comes out with print on the edge of the pages, I automatically assume it’s bad and they did that to give the book a gimmick that will make it stand out on the shelf so more people will buy it. It might not be true, but I haven’t been proven wrong yet so I’m gonna stick with that rule for now.
Yo. Relax. I didn’t bash anyone and I didn’t say it’s not fantasy. It is. I’m just saying that people who call it their favorite fantasy probably don’t read a lot of other fantasy books. It’s totally ok to like bad books, I’ve enjoyed my fair share of Colleen Hoover and SJM. It’s like when people say that I must not read a lot of spicy books because I thought ACOTAR was spicy. Are they wrong? No. Was ACOTAR spicy? Yes. It just wasn’t the best or the most spicy a book could be. And that’s ok.
