Some episodes will rip your heart out but it could go either way. You may be triggered or you may feel validated by what you are watching. It is well-written and at its heart, it is a comedy.

Yeah, I went through the same thing. Started reading the classics after reading SK; they were inspiring and life-changing. BUT I didn’t enjoy them like I enjoyed SK. So I started reading SK again.
I am all for abandoning social norms or expectations but when I read your post I have to wonder WHY you feel guilty. I struggled with the same thing it so I read the classics and they were life-changing. Perhaps your instinct is telling you you are missing out on something. Maybe you desire to feel inspired and you know that will not happen unless you read something challenging.
