2 years agoSame! I got half way through and had to take a long break. If they would stop pushing back the movie, it would motivate me to actually finish it.

I felt this way about East of Eden too. Most of Steinbeck, really. He’s my favorite author, but I find that I’m not really pulled in until 1/3 to 1/2 way through his books. My opinion is that it’s worth finishing East of Eden.
