The issue I got from that episode is, where did Eve learn her strong moral compass from?
Like the only person who came close to understanding and accepting her experience was that babysitter. Otherwise, her friend rejected her, and her adoptive mom was just a little better than her dad. Then the scientist and biological mother understood her abilities, but the scientist was there for like a few hours out of her life, and her experience with her biological mom was for like 5 minutes during a fight for her life.
So basically she spent the vast majority of her life growing up with those two assholes - how did she learn to be better?
