I personally thought this episode was pretty boring. The parts with the actual panderverse characters were pretty entertaining. The alternate Cartman was hilarious imo, I also liked the alternative butters. They really underutilized the panderverse, considering it’s a 48-minute commentary. The whole episode I was anticipating a side plot with both Kenny’s and that girl, but it just never went anywhere.
I was not a fan of the actual B plot. It would’ve been alright as a regular episode, but not for a 48-minute special. I feel like it was an idea they had for another episode, but decided to shoe horn it into this special to meet the required length. The actual story was just Randy being a complete moron. It takes up half the episode but has absolutely nothing to do with the panderverse, aside from the very end. It wasn’t that funny either, and I felt it dragged on.
The handyman stuff felt like the plot line of a regular episode stretched out to fill half the special, and really had nothing to do with the panderverse
