No, she’s gaslighting (well, attempting to) the audience and they likely recently taped the reunion and she got to hear people ask her why she’s treating BranDAN so poorly and why he should JUST GET BETTER and leave to give her money, and why she can’t just get better as well. She wants to dish it out, but she can’t take it right back. Also IMO she’s straight up scamming him. She wants him to be there for a short amount of time until she’s decided she’s done with him, but also have his kid, but when he leaves he still needs to financially support her.

Somewhere in her head she likely knows if she went to the US and anything happens either him or one of his family members would get custody of the baby, she is showing she is not mentally fit.
