It was a HUGE deluxe book of Italian recipes and cooking methods / helpful tips. I do love cooking, but my boyfriend-now-ex really showed me he didn’t care about me at all with this purchase because (1) I have Celiac disease and not a single main course in the book was gluten free or had tips for being adapted and (2) I am not massively into Italian cuisine at all - but HE was!!!
A cookbook could have been such a nice and thoughtful gift. But he did it so, so terribly.
