i have been rewatching the show and i genuinely want to know why people think diane is not a bad person…ofc she has done stuff that in my eyes is wrong, but I want to know why and how does everyone else think it’s otherwise…(no hate)

    Aren’t moral debates supposed to work by a thing starting neutral and having to start by arguing it’s wrong? It’s hard to say why not other than she hasn’t done much wrong compared to other characters. All that immediately comes to mind is the Int Sub scene and being involved in Peanutbutter’s cheating. There’s probably more and those things are bad and she is a flawed person but I can’t see those things as making her a bad person, especially for Bojack standards. She is possibly morally best of the main 5 asside from Todd.
