Why did they have to cancel Philbert season 2? They couldn’t have found another network after the ‘What Time is it Right Now’ scandal? That show was an overnight success and hearing the leaks of the twist being his partner not being real was interesting. When will there be justice for art???
Aren’t moral debates supposed to work by a thing starting neutral and having to start by arguing it’s wrong? It’s hard to say why not other than she hasn’t done much wrong compared to other characters. All that immediately comes to mind is the Int Sub scene and being involved in Peanutbutter’s cheating. There’s probably more and those things are bad and she is a flawed person but I can’t see those things as making her a bad person, especially for Bojack standards. She is possibly morally best of the main 5 asside from Todd.
It can be a bit hard to process when watching ‘That’s too much, man’ because Bojack is really trying to not see her but keeps skipping time to show him there. The audience is naturally more cautious for him not doing something stupid, then of what Penny was reacting to.
